Olive Growers’ Handbook

Developed in line with the latest training curriculum, the handbook aims to serve as a reference resource for all farmers dedicated to olive production, especially those trained at the Komili Olive and Olive Oil Institute. With a focus on women’s participation in the workforce, the handbook promotes efficient, high-value-added production and consists of 16 chapters.
